Expansions: Wireless

Wireless expansions are currently some of the most demanded additions to PDA's.  Bluetooth is a short range wireless protocol that will soon allow for connectivity of Bluetooth keyboards, mice, headphones, and more.  WiFi (or 802.11b) is a longer range wireless standard that allows for connectivity between devices and access points at a distance of 300ft to over 1000ft.  GSM, GPRS, and CDMA are cellular based wireless protocols that allow for not only data transmission but often voice transmission as well.  (GSM, GPRS, and CDMA require a service package from a cellular data service provider.)
